So you can buy the land, pay the taxes but the only thing you can do is walk on for hunt on it, if you can purchase a gun. Correct?

      Hello Dear Brad Chamberlain,

Not certainly in that way. These lands can also be used for tourism business (including hunting and fishing too), build holiday houses or small hotels. Organizations of the recreational centers. Make a beautiful website in English and Chinese + YouTube channel, make contracts with travel companies and have a constant and stable profit. This is an option.

This land can also be used for growing wild useful herbs (Ginseng for example, the price of 1 gram-1 $). or for organizing a farm of wild deer and so on.

But if you like to just hunt, you can just hunt on this land. Different people have different plans and different understanding of the world.

      Best regards, Andrey.
