“The project site is located in the village of Gorin. This is 94 km from Komsomolsk-on-Amur. It has an area of 1.3 ha of which 1 ha is free. It is conveniently located next to the road that carries sawmill waste. If we talk about the provision of infrastructure, a transformer substation of 630 kW has been installed (the power can be increased if necessary), and there is a well (74 m). Nearby, two kilometers from the site is a railway station”.
The owner of the factory offers modernization and expansion of the existing production of charcoal and organization of production of fuel pellets. Potential supply of finished products: up to 20% – the domestic market, 80% – exports to the Asia-Pacific countries. The production of charcoal is aimed at the biofuel market and is intended to replace the share of fuel oil, diesel fuel, coal, wood, etc. the Total area of the territory on which the production building is located is 3,000 m2, the building is free for additional loading or installation of equipment about 40% of the entire premises.
