To produce finished products every day, about two tons of meat and fish, three tons of vegetables and fruits and almost a ton of dairy products are required. Every day, the plant consumes 250 cubic meters of clean water, which is comparable to the capacity of a 25-meter swimming pool with five lanes.

Installed German, Italian and Russian equipment can simultaneously cook dozens of restaurant-quality dishes. Thanks to the high automation of production, manual labor is minimized. Today, assembly lines are carried out by five conveyor lines, and in a month their number will be brought to nine. The marking of finished rations is carried out automatically, eliminating any errors.

The commissioning of the new station will create a reserve of power and reliability of the energy infrastructure, ensure the growth of industry in the region and the development of the social sphere.
After passing through the autumn-winter period 2019-2020, the old Sakhalin state district power station will be decommissioned and dismantled, its employees will be transferred to Sakhalin state state district power station-2 and other Sakhalinenergo enterprises.

The creation of a plant for the production of pipes for drip irrigation will also contribute to solving problems in the agricultural sector – to get a guaranteed crop in conditions of risky agriculture, to increase productivity. The region is one of the Russian leaders in the development of land reclamation systems. According to the results of 2019, the total area of ​​irrigated lands of the Volgograd region will reach 59 thousand hectares – this is twice as much as in 2014.

In November 2018, the second stage of the greenhouse complex with an area of ​​3.0 hectares was put into operation, with a design capacity of 2.5 thousand tons of products per year, worth 0.52 billion rubles.

In 2018, Giant’s Gardens LLC also began the construction of the III stage of a greenhouse complex with a capacity of 5.6 thousand tons of vegetables per year and an electrical substation with a capacity of 110 kW.
The volume of investments in the construction of the 3rd stage amounted to 0.824 billion rubles. After the commissioning of all 3 stages, the total area of ​​the greenhouse complex of Giant’s Gardens LLC will reach 11 hectares, the volume of production will increase to 8000 tons per year.

For the employees of the enterprise, 7 landscaped individual single-family houses were built.

Artificial illumination of plants in winter is provided by its own substation of 40 MW, and its own boiler room has been launched for heating. The greenhouse complex operates according to the Dutch technology, the most advanced today, which saves 15-25% of heat with an increase in the yield of vegetable crops, improves the working conditions of personnel and improves the general culture of production. The company created 220 jobs.
At the moment, the possibility of building the third phase of the project with an investment of 2.2 billion rubles is being considered, which will further increase the volume of fruit and vegetable production by another 11 thousand tons per year by expanding the area of ​​greenhouses to 25.44 ha.
