Kamchatka launched the most modern fish processing plant in Russia. The object belongs to a resident of the Kamchatka Advanced Development Territory (TOP) – Kamchattralflot. The enterprise was built in record time – half a year earlier announced, while its construction began in the spring of 2018. The total project cost amounted to 2.3 billion rubles. 160 highly paid jobs were created; in total, the company will provide year-round employment for about 350 people.
The plant will operate year-round and process whitefish, mainly pollock and herring. Every day, 270 tons of frozen products, 100 thousand cans of canned food, 27 tons of fish meal and 6 tons of fish oil will go off the assembly lines. Modern equipment will allow you to sort 28 tons of pollock per hour and produce 17 tons of minced meat per day. A fish pump will be mounted on its own mooring wall, thanks to which chilled fish from vessels with RSV tanks will be delivered to the conveyor intact. Also, the plant has installed its own water treatment facilities with a capacity of 800 cubic meters per day.
The products of the new fish processing plant will primarily go to the domestic Russian market, but a substantial part of it will also be exported. The facility was built as part of the Ecology national project and a program to introduce an integrated waste management system. Two autonomous hybrid solar-diesel power plants (ASEU) were commissioned in the village of Mugur-Aksy and the village of Kyzyl-Khaya, Mongun-Taiginsky district of the Republic of Tuva. In Tatarstan, in the Laishevsky district, Kausar SEC launched a meat processing complex. The total investment in the project will amount to 300 million rubles. Created 40 jobs.
The enterprise will produce sausages, sausages, pastes, smoked and dried products from duck meat, etc. The production works according to Halal standards. Plans to produce 300 tons of sausages per month. The complex will operate a warehouse for storage of products with a capacity of 1 thousand tons. A solar power plant has been commissioned at the Omsk Oil Refinery (owned by PJSC Gazprom Neft). The use of renewable energy sources will further reduce the burden of traditional power generation on the ecology of Omsk. The new station was built by the Hevel company.
The estimated annual output of the station will be 1.2 million kWh. Such a volume is equivalent to burning more than 1.8 thousand tons of coal and will allow avoiding more than 5 thousand tons of CO2 emissions from the generation of coal-fired thermal power plants.
Installed at the station, innovative solar modules of domestic production are able to work not only in direct but also in diffused sunlight. These modules are two-sided and allow you to generate electricity from reflected light, in particular from snow.
