By 2024, the center’s productivity should increase seven times — it is planned to produce about 900 thousand units of products at its facilities, including for foreign partners.
During the modernization, environmentally friendly technologies were used. Foundry complexes do not emit heat, as they are equipped with a system for collecting and depositing oil vapors. This prevents harmful substances from entering the work area and the atmosphere. The process equipment is cooled by a circulating water supply system, and the ventilation systems have filters with a cleaning efficiency of 100%, which completely eliminates air pollution.

Also, the foundry has introduced an innovative technology-single-crystal casting into ceramic molds based on investment models. This method allows you to save expensive raw materials (special heat-resistant alloys) and to melt the working blades of gas turbine engines with rigid geometric tolerances up to 0.05 mm. at the same time, no further manual polishing is required, which was a mandatory attribute of production before modernization. The use of advanced methods is especially important in the casting process, since at this stage the necessary properties of the part are laid, which affect the quality and resource of the engine.
The turbine blade is one of the most science-intensive and complex components of gas turbine engines for aviation, marine vessels, and energy. Only six countries in the world produce such products. It requires complex calculations in the design and very high accuracy in manufacturing. New digital technologies introduced at this enterprise allow you to get world-class products. At the same time, the accuracy of production increases by 30%, the cost of blades is reduced by 50%, and labor costs are reduced by 40%

Horinsk solar power plant is the second SES built by Hevel in the region. In 2017, the Bichurskaya SES with an installed capacity of 10 MW was put into operation.
Two more solar power plants will be built in the region by the end of 2022
in the Dzhidinsky district of the Republic with a total capacity of 75 MW. Thus, seven SES with a total capacity of 145 MW will operate in Buryatia.

Previously, the Hevel group of companies built and put into operation in the Privolzhsky district of the Astrakhan region the Niva solar power plant with a capacity of 15 MW, as well as the Pound and Akhtubinskukyu SES with a capacity of 60 MW each.
Thus, the installed capacity of solar generation in the region reached 165 MW.

Earlier in the Orenburg region the group of companies “Hevel” has constructed and put into operation Perevolotskaya solar power with capacity of 5 MW, Sol-Iletsk SES 25 MW Chkalovsky SES 30 MW Grigoriev SES 10 MW, Elshanskoe SES 25 MW, as well as Plehanovsky and Grachevsky SES 10 MW each. Thus, the installed capacity of solar power plants managed by Hevel in the region has reached 120 MW.

Production at this plant is unique in that it allows you to create a product that meets the latest international standards. Plastic pellets obtained from old bottles and plastic bags can be re-used to make containers of the highest quality. In turn, the pellets produced by fantastic plastic make it possible to produce high-quality plastic that can be processed dozens or even hundreds of times. Thus, almost completely waste-free production is obtained.
The new company “fantastic Plastic” is part of “MAG group”. The plant will be able to process 15 thousand tons of PET plastic and 7 thousand tons of polyethylene per year. The company will operate a research center for secondary polymers — the only one in the country.

The plant will produce instant coffee under two of Orimi’s own brands-Jardin and Jockey. Investments in the new project amounted to about 6.5 billion rubles.
This production will become one of the largest domestic enterprises of this type. Currently, only a few large – scale companies in Russia produce natural freeze-dried coffee-Nestle (Krasnodar region) and JDE (Leningrad region).
The construction of the new plant is dictated by plans for maximum import substitution and increasing the level of localization of production in the Russian Federation. The new plant will allow to produce all types of coffee, not only natural roasted grain and ground coffee. According to the plans, the volume of production at the first stage will be about 4,200 tons of products per year. The company’s capacity can be increased to 8,500 tons.
The technology for making instant coffee includes roasting green coffee, extraction and sublimation-deep freezing and vacuum drying. The new production promises high consumer properties of the drink: control of roasting color, reproduction of roasting profiles, gentle roasting technology, careful extraction of aromatic substances from the extract, careful concentration of dry substances in the extract, storage and packaging of the product in an inert environment.

7. Mushroom complex in Leningrad region

In addition, the company produces its own compost for growing mushrooms and is one of the monopolists in Russia for the production of the basis for mushroom farming. Thus, the project will operate two objects: a complex for year-round production of mushrooms in Vsevolozhsk district and a shop for the production of peat compost for mushrooms with a capacity of 50 thousand tons of soil per year in the Luzhsky district. A total of 350 jobs were created.
CJSC Agrofirma Vyborzhets is a leading producer of fresh vegetables and greens in the North-West region. It grows cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants, herbs and salads all year round. The total area of agricultural holding enterprises is 850 hectares, 30 hectares of which are occupied by greenhouses. The company employs more than 700 employees.

Currently, the construction of the second stage of the Elevator, designed for a similar amount of grain storage, is continuing. Full completion of the project is planned for the first half of 2020.

The company actually works on waste from the sugar industry-molasses, which in Russia produces hundreds of thousands of tons. It is processed into the same sugar and other products that are in demand on the Russian and international markets.
This technology consists of stages: preparation of molasses through softening and filtration of molasses, chromatography of molasses, concentration of products through evaporation and storage. In the process of desugarization, sugar syrup is obtained, which is sent to the plant for processing, similar to the processing of raw sugar for the production of sugar, betaine for sale using patent technology, and raffinate – desugared molasses, which is a waste product that is planned to be used as a fertilizer or for sale.

11. New dairy farm in the Ryazan region

The largest megafarm in Central Russia has been opened in the village of Olkhi in the Ryazan region. The livestock complex is designed for 7800 head of young cattle of dairy breeds and 6000 head of dairy herd. The cost of the project was 4.5 billion rubles. 241 jobs were created.
The design capacity of the new complex is 54 thousand tons of milk per year. This is the second EkoNiva farm launched this year in the Ryazan region. In April, a farm was opened in the village of Nesterovo in the Pitelinsky district. Currently, another mega-farm is being built in the Alexander Nevsky district. In 2020, the implementation of the investment project will continue. It is planned to build a complex for growing young animals for 4200 heads. The volume of investments will be more than 500 million rubles.
The Trudovoy stud farm is one of the leading milk producers and the largest livestock enterprise in the Saratov region. The farm is also engaged in the breeding of Holstein cattle. Now it contains 8.9 thousand heads of cattle, including 4.2 thousand cows. The milk production plan for 2019 is 47.8 thousand tons.

The total amount of funding for the project amounted to about 2.5 billion rubles, and the area of reconstruction exceeded 8 thousand square meters. the new center employs 170 employees of the company, and the range of manufactured products is 550 units.
The new complex will provide a full technological cycle for the production of parts with gear engagement, including primary processing of workpieces, rough processing of gears, individual finishing and quality control of parts manufacturing. Parts will be produced both for UEC enterprises and for other plants in the machine-building industry. First of all, they will be used in the drive boxes and units of gas turbine engines-this is an analogue of the gearbox, which transmits the rotation of the engine to the units using gears.
The new complex will increase the efficiency of this type of production by more than 30%, and reduce losses from marriage by up to 50%. The quality of products – newly manufactured drive boxes and engine assemblies-will be significantly improved.
To equip the complex, 21 units of new equipment were purchased-unique gear grinding, gear milling, lathes, a multi-operation processing center and control and measuring machines. 62 units of equipment were moved from the current production.

In the future, it is planned to increase the staff to 1,500 employees. The management of the agricultural complex plans to build seasonal greenhouses, grow edible mushrooms and increase productivity to 45 thousand tons.

It is planned to build a mushroom complex that will complement the range. Taking into account the previously built stations, the solar generation capacity in Gorny Altai will reach 120 MW in 2020. The total amount of investment for all the years of SES construction in the region is about 10 billion rubles.

Today it is a line of electric loaders of the MR20 series, electric carts and the municipal vacuum machine MK2000. In the near future, the product range will be expanded. So, currently, the development of stackers with a load capacity from 1.2 to 1.6 tons with a lifting height of up to 6 m and a pallet Transporter with a load capacity of 2 tons is underway.
In addition, a prototype of the new electric trolley ET-2064 with an asynchronous drive, an engine with a power of less than 4 kW and a more ergonomic cabin made of composite materials was produced. By the end of the year, a prototype of the MK1000 multifunctional utility vehicle will be available. Thanks to a wide range of attachments, it can be used not only for street cleaning in summer and winter, but also for mowing lawns and much more.

The company has also mastered the production of fuel briquettes, which are produced on modern German equipment from waste products. In addition, the construction of a pellet production shop has begun. After its launch, all waste will be processed directly at the enterprise.
At the beginning of next year at Krutoy plant plans to launch a line of laminating plywood. This type of product is widely used in furniture manufacturing, construction, and even in mechanical engineering-for lining doors, bodies, and floor coverings of vehicles.

LLC “oil Extraction plant “Amursky” has launched the second stage of the production line for the production of isolate worth 2.5 billion rubles in the city of Belogorsk, Amur region. This is a new, unique technology, the only one in Russia. A workshop has been launched that will produce isolated proteins and dietary fiber. At the moment, the company’s staff consists of 528 people, the bulk of them are residents of Belogorsk. The staff will be increased, according to plans, more than 770 specialists will work at the plant.
Isolate is a product from soy beans, it contains only vegetable protein, the concentration of which is 90-95%. It is planned to produce 10 thousand tons of isolated soy protein and 5.6 tons of soy fiber, which is a dietary product. Soy protein isolate is a dietary Supplement that supplies plant protein to the body. It is obtained by additional processing of soy concentrate containing about 70% of protein compounds. The final product is a pure product with a 90-95% vegetable protein content.
In the past 2019, the plant processed 240 thousand tons of soybeans. The company produces food meal, soy flour, refined oil, and hydrated oil.

The company has modernized and started producing new types of components – wear-resistant ball valves, valves, valves of pipeline valves with innovative coatings. New products are characterized by high corrosion resistance, the ability to use in aggressive environments (temperature from -250 to +250*C), low coefficient of friction, which increases the service life of petrochemical, gas and other types of equipment.
Wear-resistant fittings are used when working in an aggressive environment. The main consumers of finished products will be nuclear, chemical, petrochemical, Agrochemistry, and pharmaceutical companies, including Rosatom, EuroChem, Uralkali, SIBUR, and Akron.
Today, according to the company, the share of foreign manufacturers in the Russian market of lined (wear-resistant) fittings is 67%. After the new Severmash plant reaches full capacity, this figure will decrease to 59%.

Construction of the first Russian production of ammonium sulfate, which serves as a raw material for mineral fertilizers, was completed in Cherepovets, Vologda region, at the production site of PhosAgro. Investments amounted to 2.5 billion rubles.

Another distinctive feature is environmental friendliness, there are no effluents in the production, a closed water supply cycle is installed, and the release of ammonium sulfate dust into the atmosphere is excluded.
The technology for PhosAgro is completely new. The uniqueness is that the production uses a minimum of energy resources, using pure ammonia and pure sulfuric acid, which is produced here.
PhosAgro plans to increase the production of mineral fertilizers to 9.5 million tons by 2020, which caused an increase in the consumption of raw materials. Up to this point, ammonium sulfate was purchased from third-party suppliers, but its quality was not stable, which forced the company to establish its own production.

Hevel group of companies commissioned the first solar power plants in the Republic of Kalmykia: the first stage of the Maloderbet SES with a capacity of 15 MW and two stages of the Yashkul SES with a total capacity of 33.5 MW.
The projected annual output of the first stage of the Maloderbetovskaya and two stages of the Yashkul SES is more than 58 million kWh, which will reduce the volume of CO2 emissions by 60 thousand tons annually.
Commissioning of solar power plants in the region will increase the reliability of the district’s power supply and reduce losses in the transmission of electricity.
Construction and installation work began in the spring of 2019 and was completed in accordance with the schedule in November 2019. Since December 2019, solar power plants have started supplying electricity to the unified grid.
Construction of the second stage of the Maloderbet SES with a capacity of 45 MW and the third stage of the Yashkul SES with a capacity of 25 MW is planned for 2020.
Thus, the total capacity of the new environmentally friendly generation in the region by the end of 2020 will be 118.5 MW. The construction of the facilities will increase the reliability of power supply to the districts without increasing the tariff burden on the residents of the Republic.

The Russian market of batteries for aircraft engines is about 1300 batteries per year. Saturn plans to produce at least 200 batteries annually, which will cover 15% of domestic demand.
The main consumers of the products will be domestic and foreign aircraft manufacturing and aircraft repair enterprises, departments and commercial organizations that operate aviation equipment.
